Terms and Conditions

World Blue – 7th night free Promotion April 2019

  1. This Promotion is conducted by World Blue Pty Ltd, an M-Power Accommodation Pty Ltd company ABN 41 111 263 515, of 10 White Street, Balmain NSW 2040 ("Promoter").

  2. Information on how to redeem the promotional offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The promotional offer to receive every 7th night free on all new bookings made on or before 31 May 2019 is only open to companies or their employees booking directly with World Blue (“Eligible Customer”).

  4. The promotion consists of receiving every 7th night free, up to a maximum of seven (7) free nights, on all World Blue serviced apartments when new bookings are made through World Blue on or before the 31 May 2019 with a minimum of seven (7) nights consecutive stay. See following for consecutive stays vs free nights:

    • 7 consecutive nights = 1 free night

    • 14 consecutive nights = 2 free nights

    • 21 consecutive nights = 3 free nights

    • 28 consecutive nights = 4 free nights

    • 35 consecutive nights = 5 free nights

    • 42 consecutive nights = 6 free nights

    • 49 consecutive nights = 7 free nights

    • 50+ consecutive nights = 7 nights free

  5. Plus, one box of chocolates placed in the booked room on the first day of the guests arrival. (“The Offer”).

  6. The free nights accommodation obtained during this promotion must be taken during the period booked and cannot be held or reserved for use at a later date or with another booking.

  7. This promotion commences at 09.00am AEDST on 30 April 2019 and closes at 5.00pm AEDST on 31 May 2019 (“Promotional Period”). Bookings made after 5.00pm AEDST on 31 May 2019 will not be eligible for The Offer.

  8. To receive this Offer, an Eligible Customer must, during the Promotional Period, contact World Blue via phone (+61 2 9318 2361) or email (, book a World Blue serviced apartment by 31 May 2019 with a minimum seven (7) night stay and quote code WBGET7.

  9. Eligible Customers can book as many times as they like on or before 31 May 2019 to receive The Offer. The first night of stay must be on or before 30 December 2019. Bookings are subject to availability.

  10. Any cost associated with receiving this Offer, is the Eligible Customers responsibility.

  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or illegible bookings or other communications.

  12. If The Offer or any element of The Offer becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, the Promoter may substitute The Offer or element of The Offer of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Eligible Customers will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that The Offer or an element of The Offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the identity of the Eligible Customer and to refuse any Eligible Customer if they do not qualify for The Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or they tamper with the qualifying process. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  15. If changes are made to the length of stay by the Eligible Customer, after the booking has been confirmed, which results in:

    • a. less than seven (7) nights stay, then The Offer is void and the free night accommodation will not be provided.

    • b. a longer stay resulting in additional consecutive nights, then the Eligible Customer may qualify for additional free nights of accommodation as outlined in Clause 4 and if the booking amendments are confirmed by 31 May 2019.

  16. The Offer is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  17. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, inability to contact the Eligible Customers after taking reasonable steps, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: (a) disqualify any authorised representative; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. In the case of any dispute, World Blue reserve the right of final decision.

  18. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

  19. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Customer; or (f) use of the Offer.

  20. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to its agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. If you do not provide us with your personal information, you will not be an Eligible Agent and cannot be considered for this Promotion. Entry is conditional on Eligible Agents providing their personal information. The Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless you advise us not to, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Agent. We will not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Agents may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how Eligible Agents may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.

  21. The laws in force in New South Wales apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Eligible Customers submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
